Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okbey may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access the full range of okbey Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbey Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okbey employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okbey reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed, and withhold winnings pending a full investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okbey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. As part of our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, okbey conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
okbey accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Philippine residents, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. okbey does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. okbey aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on the okbey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their prevailing exchange rate, and okbey is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or unfavorable exchange rates applied by third-party providers.
okbey is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits made for purposes other than genuine gaming activity are strictly prohibited.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
okbey strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct that okbey determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to abuse the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, okbey reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
All games available on the okbey Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okbey reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. okbey's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are recorded on video. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the video recording of the relevant game round will be reviewed and okbey's determination based on that review shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the okbey Platform, including but not limited to the okbey brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of okbey or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okbey. Any unauthorized use of okbey's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
okbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbey account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbey makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
okbey is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. Requests to increase deposit or loss limits will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits or activate self-exclusion will take effect immediately. Once a self-exclusion period has been set, it cannot be shortened or reversed before the specified end date.

okbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; you have provided false or misleading information; your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your okbey account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. okbey will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration fee of ₱50 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance remains above zero. okbey will not deduct fees that would result in a negative balance.
okbey collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
We may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering. okbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice to registered users via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is issued, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and okbey, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, you must submit a formal complaint to our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. okbey's decision on game outcome disputes, made after review of all available records including game logs and video recordings, shall be final and binding.
